Fishing in Tobermory -- Fishing Charters
If you are looking for fishing in Tobermory,
G+S is the place for you. G+S Watersports' Captains include a former local-area commercial
fisherman and our staff include men are from here and who have fished
here all their lives. We are extremely knowledgeable about and know all
the best kept secret
fishing spots in and around Tobermory.
Tobermory's fishing season spans
from May until October. However, you will have your best luck as
follows:
- Salmon - July to September
- Lake Trout - June to August
- Perch - any time
- Bass - June to September
Half-day trips depart early
morning or late afternoon and last approximately four hours. Full
days are 8 hours. All trips include all fishing tackle and
filleting of your catch.

For downrigger fishing trips, G+S Watersports recommends keeping your fishing group small because there are
two (2) downriggers on board and one (1) staff member to help out.
Extra people are welcome, however if they want to come along for the
cruise.
